Couple of questions

lets assume i got recommended by my embassy(i am an undergraduate student)

what do i do next? do i need to take more exams to apply universities in japan? can i apply as many universities as i want? what if they reject me,do i lose my scholarship?
for example,i want to study in the university of tokyo what do i need to do?

I don't know what you mean by being recommended by your embassy. Is that a requirement for Turkish students to study abroad? Or is it a requirement of Japanese universities of Turkish students?

To apply to universities here in Japan, go to their web sites and see what they want you to do. There are probably differences in each one.

You can't lose a scholarship like that. You get a scholarship to attend a specific university, I think. Ask the scholarship agency.

Don't you have a university study abroad counselor or department that can answer all of these very basic questions?

I am talking about Monbusho scholarship. Do you just have to take the embassy exams or do you also have to take something like NCTUA - EJU?

If you want a Monbusho scholarship, you have 2 options: embassy recommendation and university recommedation.
