Correct use of する?

I'm doing an exercise from my book and I'm not sure if the second sentence is correct:

明日、一緒に図書館で勉強しませんか。
ちょっと都合が悪いんです。明日は試験をしなくちゃいけません。

Is that use of 試験をする correct? The 試験 meaning I'm trying to imply is a school exam (I have to do a school exam)

or
試験を受ける

Or simply 明日は試験です。
