Hi I was looking for a recommendation for a Japanese cookbook to use in UK. Only problem is my dad is allergic to fish, so ideally I'd want one with either none or only a few fish recipes inside. Any help greatly appreciated...

I recently reviewed this newly published cookbook, which I do use and has plenty of fish-free recipes.
It will probably help if you live in an urban area so you have more access to oriental supermarkets for ingredients.
I don’t like sea food. It is simply because I don’t like the taste and the consistency of the most things out of the water. Most of my friends know about this, but if I tell other people in my home-country that I’m living in Japan without eating fish
