Question Concert lottery system

Hi, me and my friend recently participated in a concert ticket lottery via PIA. We are unsure about the lottery system and end up submitted two applications. Today both of us received notification on our credit card being charged but we're yet to receive email from PIA. Is it possible for us to cancel one of our tickets? Thanks

Hi, thanks for the reply! We checked the results and we are confirmed getting extra tickets. They do not allow refund and we basically cannot do anything about it.

We thought the lottery was to win a chance to buy the tickets and did not expect to be charged directly. When we were applying for the lottery the page itself did not state anything about this as well. Now we're doomed and have to bear double the cost! Didn't expect going Japan the first time will have so much troubles
