Colleges in Japan

I hate to sound like a *insert insult here* but is there any colleges in japan that speak English?

I will also need someone to help me with a comic of mine.

They must be good with both English and Japanese.

Move this to where ever it is suppose to be in. I sort of rushed this in to the closest topic that sounded like it would belong in.

April - same as 1st day for new company employees.

I would get a copy sent to you as well and then send a photocopy of the copy (!!) to the Japanese embassy. I personally found dealings with the embassy to be efficient, but it's best to be safe....

Honestly, this is the creepiest way to spam so you can try and build your credibility. Copying and pasting comments that have nothing to do with what the person said?
