There is no problem with 来年春 without の.
I believe 来年春 is also common in (casual) speech.There might not be anything wrong with it, but adding no is far more common in casual usage
来年日本に春に行く is acceptable, but yes, the order 日本に旅行に行きます is more common, As I pointed out in my previus post.... Besides, my main point was that saying 来年日本春に行く" sounds weird.
