Now I am searching Japanese breeders and growers where I can get/buy some seeds. .

Clivia is called ﾅ誰ﾅｽq窶披?督（窶堋ｭ窶堙ｱ窶堋ｵ窶堙ｧ窶堙ｱ kunshiran) in Japanese.

It has a notice board and one of the member posted that he's planning to give the seeds for free (though you need to pay JPY400 for postage and so on.)

But I'm not sure if it is possible to send seeds from Japan to Netherlands - won't there be any problem with quarantine?

Why don't you contact the society by posting at their message board?
There might be some members that would be interested in selling or exchanging seeds...
