Hello!

I have encountered something interesting which I'd like some nice thoughts on.

In a hypothetical scenario: Today is thursday, I played tennis on this week's monday. How would I say that I played tennis on the Monday of this week? Is it said last Monday? Does it become this Monday? I am wondering whether senshuu no getsuyoubi [ni], konshuu no getsuyoubi [ni], or just getsuyoubi [ni] may be used.

Regards, fragan.

If you're using the name of the day with the past tense, it should be understood you're talking about the most recent Monday. You could use konshuu if you want to be explicit, but I think it's unnecessary
