I need to know the meaning of the word "Chushingura" (忠臣蔵), the story of the loyal 47 ronin . Does it mean "loyalty"?

And "Akoroshi" (or Akorosi, or Ako Roshi) (赤穂浪士). Does it mean "Ronin of Ako"?

If that's right, "Roshi" is "Ronin"?

According to the daijirin it's a general name given to ballad dramas, kabuki, or historical accounts whose theme is the revenge of the 赤穂浪士.

That's right. It means the 47 loyal rounin, and roushi is a synonym. Here is what the daijirin has for 赤穂浪士.
