it would be チョコレート, chokoreeto in Romaji. The long "e" to "ei" doesn't happen to foreign loan words. ショコラ/shokora is just a contraction. チョコ/choko is also common.

Just thought I'd through in there that I don't think ショコラ (shokora) is a contraction of チョコレート (chokoreeto). I would think it came from the French word "chocolat," obviously meaning chocolate, and essentially sounds the same as ショコラ (shokora), only, of course, with a French accent rather than a Japanese one. Haha.
