Hmm, if you mean champion, it should be 覇者 hasha, at least.
But I don't recommend to get a tattoo of a word from a language you really don't know/understand. If there's any mistakes, you can throw away if it is done on your T-shirt, but if it is on your skin - you have no choice but to live with it for the rest of your life.
Besides, tattoo artists who don't know Chinese/Japanese characters can do it really badly.

It's quite a fad nowadays among sportstars here in North America to get kanji/hanzi tattoos. Those who don't like them anymore simply head to the local laser tattoo removal clinic and pay a few thousand dollars for the services. So it's not forever, only it will put a dent in your wallet.

Laser removal is uncomfortable, expensive, and requires multiple passes to remove tattoos. There is a new kind of ink that will dissolve after a single treatment, but it is not widely accepted by tattoo artists.
This tattoo sounds rather foolish to begin with, and it is compounded if you plan on having this tattoo done by someone who doesn't understand kanji or hanzi themselves. Please refer to http://hanzismatter.com/ for examples of this tragic trend in idiocy.

Laser removal of tattoos is not only a dent in your wallet.
My son had an accident with his bike and hurt his nose badly. He had bruises removed with laser, and the traces are gone by now (more than 5 years). However, his physician had told me that laser removal leaves "traces of laser removal" and will definitely be visible when removing a sizable tattoo. Laser doesn't work like erasers...
