Hello everyone, just a short introduction here. I am an expat American living in Okinawa , and have been here for over 20 years.
I happened to stumble across this site yesterday and was impressed with the quality of posts and people responding to them. Looks like a fun community.

Greetings from the Japan Alps !! The place where the weather would be preferred (by me, that is) to be more like that of yours !!!!!!!!!!! Come on, let's do some trading here. :-)

You and I have something in common, the country we came from as well as the general length of stay--do you have family? I've got three monsters that I am raising, the other part of the family tree being Japanese...(I'm speaking of the little lady, here...)

I'm sure you will enjoy the forum, it's quite nice...oh, of course we have our little bickerings from time to time, we are all social animals, and as it seems, social animals will do just that. You will surely find much more pleasantry here than not, however. Join in with posts when you can !! And I'll see you 'round !!🙂
