NOw this is one SCI-FI/FANTASY adventure out of Japan I can't wait for! CASSHERN is some what a remake from a 70's manga called ROBOT HUNTER, which was also remade into anime in the 90's called CASSHAN:ROBOT HUNTER http://www.japanhero.com/animation hero reviews/casshan.htm Anyhow, the details are limited as to who the director is, but check out the official site and that red-hot trailer! http://www.casshern.com/ I'm not usre of any release dates quite yet, but there's one thing for sure, I'm keeping my eye on this long waited gem!!

This does look like an excellent movie! I know I can hardly wait. I just hope the plot can match the style and effects.
