Calmando Qual is an indies Visual Kei band. However, their sound is a bit surprising because they make gothic rock.
The band has nice visuals, although they're pretty 'classic'.

Enter the intriguing universe of Calmando Qual, an indies band that's quite different from the others…

Calmando Qual started in August 2001. The band consisted of the members Hibiki (vocals), Tak (guitar), Kenka (bass), Tasc (Keyboard) and MAYA (drums). It wasn't long until they had they first live, which was on August 15th at the Ikebukuro Cyber.
On September 9th they performed in Café le Psyence, and on October 3rd they performed at the Ikebukuro Cyber again.
They ended 2001 with a concert on December 19th, in the Ikebukuro Cyber as well. On this concert they distributed their first demo-tape "Vision".

2002 started with a rather consistent number of performances. On June 17th, Calmando Qual released their second demo-tape, "Kousatsu sareta risou akai heya". In the same year they performed several times in the Yokohama Arena Sound Hall (On February 14th, April 26th, May 16th).

In 2003 they finally released their first mini-album, called "Killer Fiction". A few days before this release, Calmando Qual participated in an event in the Ikebukuro Cyber, which lasted the whole night. They performed more and more, because they started to get pretty popular…

A new year started, and the band announced their tour, "[Silent]", to promote their first maxi-single of the same name, which was released on April 4th. The last concert of this tour was in the Yokohama Arena Sound Hall on May 3rd, 2004.

They released their next maxi single, "Moral Pollution", which was followed by a tour with the same name. The last concert was on August 28th.
On September 18th the band had an extraordinary two-man with the band Kinarura
On October 10th they performed in the Yokohama Arena Sound Hall again. On October 15th they performed at the Takadanobaba area, and on October 25th, at Fukuokua Drum Son.
They started November with a concert on the 2nd at the Meguro Rokumeikan and on the 26th they performed again in the Yokohama Arena Sound Hall.

On March 23rd, 2005 Calmando Qual released their first DVD, which is called "Inner trip", and contains clips. It was good news for fans when they released their first album, "Heretical God", on August 3rd.

yes i know them
i haven´t so much music from them(only 4 songs:sludge,disorder,haitoku,ayamachi) but fromthe songs i hear my favorite is haitoku
(it´s hard to find much musik from them it would be very nice if soemone could upload more songs from them ;))

I've heard numerous good things about Calmando Qual, but the songs I've heard have only been "okay" to say the most. I'm thinking that I probably just heard the wrong stuff (maybe only 3 songs or so), so I'm still interested in hearing more from them, eventually, I suppose...

I haven't a clue which songs ... it was a while ago, but I don't think it was the Killer Fiction mini-album.

...Like I said, I'm still interested in hearing more from them, seeing as I've heard so many positive things *hint hint*

they were on tour in germany same days ago ... i didn't had the chance to see them :( ... anyone of you? ... wonder that there is no review till now :o
 
No, sorry I can't help with translations ... but their name is 'Twisted Clock' now.

omg i really love this band!!
although they changed their name im still gonna call them Calmando qual
it's just such a good name and im so used to calling them that xDD;

my favorite song is Emnity for god and Bokugaku!!

ohh and my favorite member is tak x33
