Borrowing money from Japanese banks

Hello, I neither reside in Japan nor have Japanese citizenship

I would however like to borrow money from Japanese banks because they often have low interest

How would I go about doing this? Thanks

Not sure if location makes a difference, but............

your flag says you are in the US but your computer IP says you are in the Philippines?? Most banks want some type of collateral they can get access to for security like a home or car to borrow against; or a job paycheck they can get their hands on. In todays world, borrowing money anywhere is difficult.

My shallow question...
Could I borrow money from a US (or your country's) payday loan when I live in Japan? If not, where could I file a lawsuit against the terrible discrimination?

Japanese banks pay low interest. They charge high interest.

And they're not going to make a loan like the OP is asking about anyway.

Do you mean borrowing money from a branch office of a Japanese bank in your country? You'd almost certainly pay the same interest as you would anywhere else.

If you mean borrowing moeny from a Japanese branch office of a Japanese bank, I would give up if I were you. It's hard enough to borrow money from the bank for those of us who do reside in Japan, I can't imagine they'd even consider your application.

Even then they are hesitant to loan money to (ﾋ?ｪ窶敕看?ﾃｩ窶ｹﾃ? ippannkigyou. You will have to have a lot of assets that could be used for security collateral. And it would most likely have to be in Japan. So I would say his chances are zero to none even if he resides in Japan.
