Book for learning Reading Comprehension N3/Intermediate

Can I use it for reading comprehension learning after Genki and then continue after finish this book with ShinKanzen Master N2 Reading Comprehension? Is this book better than 日本語総まとめN3読解?

I see, Sou Matome got much higher assessment. Thanks. I was worried SouMatome is not good enough, but seems I don't have to worry about it much
