Dear native English speakers,
which would be used?
(a) I encouraged her to begin job-hunting.
(b) I encouraged her to start job-hunting.
(c) I encouraged her to launch job-hunting.
(d) I encouraged her to look for a job.

Are there any other ways to say the same thing?
Thanks in advance.
Hirashin

I wouldn't use C. Maybe others would use it, I don't know.

Yes, there are other ways of saying the same thing. Just a couple examples:

I encouraged her to find a job.
I encouraged her to seek out a job.
I encouraged her to start looking for a job.

Et cetera.
