I'm just wondering... i mean, its 3 am, and im still here, typing away. Infact, i think i decide its bed time when i make more typing errors then i can be bothered fixing.:D
just wondering whether i'm alone on this one.

Normally I don't go to bed until about 11:00 PM, but if it's Friday or Saturday I'm out with friends until 2 or 3 AM. Bedtime then is when the beer runs out! :)

Well, I'm an old fogey, so I'm usually in bed by 11 p.m. In fact, it's 11:02 right now and I'm getting ready to head upstairs. 'Night y'all.

My bedtimes vary, but on the average it's probably 1 A.M. It depends on whether I have to work the next morning. On weekends I might be out until 5 A.M., though.

On workdays, I work until 2 AM, and I'll go to bed around 5 AM. Normal days, I go to bed around 3 AM, and wake up around 8 AM.

When I'm home alone and When I get home and get on the computer, I usually stay up well into the next day, and then sleep until 6-8 PM.. Haha.. Strange but hey it's what I do. I plan to do that in Japan too, Make sure I sleep in the day and go out at night, Always good to be nice and rested for a night on the town.. Atleast, That's how my demented mind thinks anyway? Heh.

Old People Need More Sleep??

10PM is usually as far as I make it. Then every day I try an get at least a 1 hour nap, usually 2. I'm like a cat, could sleep 15 hours a day!

Frank

I go to bed at 19h, wake up at 21h, then sleep again at 2h am, then wake up at 6h30 am....
All the time I am friend with the computer, I feel lonely...

When I have work or school the next day I go to bed at 11:00
But I'm a night person so when I don't have anything to do the next day, I prefer sitting in front of the PC. It's so quiet at night, thats what I like about it.

My friends nad family say i'm Nocturnal....a vampire.

I don't sleep much besides the couple min cat naps every now and then, and when i do make it to my bed around 3 or 4 i like to read or something till i have to go to work at 7:30 ☝

Here, have a 🎈

Well right now I work until 12am. I usually get into bed by 2am. Then I get up between 7 or 8am. I never have slept much. Usually between 5-6 hours of sleep. I feel terrible if I get more sleep than that, and my body begins to ache! :?

I know what you mean CC1, i only sleep a little bit but if i sleep more, I ache. You can tell when your start popping your back real loud and stuff :D

Me too. Even when I was a teenager, I'd get up with the chickens. All of my friends would be sleeping half a day and I'd be up bright and early. I feel like I'm wasting the day if I get up later than 8 a.m. and I also feel groggy and just icky if I get up later than I normally do.

hehe, i have just the same opinion, but those extra 4 hours of being unconcious are just too much to miss out on for me. :D

When im on holiday I saty on the PC way too long. Last night I went to bed at 5:00am becuase I was talking to someone in Japan that I havnt managed to talk to yet.

This means I wake up at about 3:00pm.

I must get back to a sensible routine.

Do what i do, I skip a night of sleep once in a while to get myself back into a more or less normal cycle. If I didn't do this, I'd probably forget what the sun looked like.:D

My night shift means that I have almost literally become an owl - I've lost the ability to sleep when it's dark even though I only work 3 nights. It's impossible. So when I've been in work I sleep from about 8am to 4/5pm and when I'm not in work I sleep from maybe 5/6am to 2/3pm...it sucks! :D

during vacation I go to bed at 4 am, sleep until 12pm,13pm

during school I go to bed at 2 am(I need to see my friend from Japan before I go to bed, seeing her face makes me happy 😌 ) and get up at 6 am

when I'm working during summer I go to bed 12pm,1am until 5 am.

I don't sleep much.....*during school weeks that is :D * when I'm on vacation I sleep TOO long, and get tired very soon

edit : at night everybody here is awake(I live in belgium 7 hours before America, 7 past Japan) so I can talk more then...maybe it's because I have more English,American ppl in my list than Belgian ppl :p

don't sleep much...i am a perpetual insomniac and a nocturnal person by nature. my bed times vary drastically.

I used to have a crazy sleeping schedule. I would stay up until at least daybreak, then sleep untill evening. There was one point during the winter I hadn't seen the sun for about a week. That actually started to drive me a litte crazy, so I had to change it up a little bit.

Now that I have a 9-5 job, that has all changed, and now I am in bed by at least midnight. I am going to have to change that soon though, because I am starting a 2nd job part time, and am changing my full time job work schedule to 7-3, then working 3-6 part time. My sleep is very precious to me, so I am going to have to go to sleep by at very least 11 pm. Good thing I have Myth Tv to record adult swim. :)

Haha I do that all the time.. Heh.. Helps to get me back to normal if I have to be up for something.. It just seems sensible.. Heh.

Now, during the summer, I doze off at 2 a.m. everyday, or later. Come September, I'll have to wake up at 5:30 a.m. Monday through Friday, so maybe I should adjust my biological clock as of now as a precaution against getting a cut everyday...
