Banner approval

I submitted another site to the banner exchange, and it got accepted but the banners still haven't been approved, and its been awhile. I thought maybe there was an error since I added the banners before I got fully accepted, so I thought maybe they didn't show up because of that. So I deleted them and re-added them, but they still havent' been approved.
And I don't think they're breaking any rules. So is there a reason they haven't been approved yet? For CafeLArc.
