Do the 15 and 20 year badges get awarded automatically or is that a manual setting? I just noticed that @nice gaijin is eligible for a 20 year badge, but I don't see it on his profile.

There is a thing under my admin that says "badges" so maybe it is manual. I've never used it so I'll go give it a try now. Looks like it did ! Thanks for pointing it out ! .

I only see 10/15/20 years. Not sure if we can make something else. Seems most members don't last a year or more sad to say. Maybe Thomas can fill us in on if changes are possible. Maybe the "sempai" type ratings are for that?

I misread that as "bad gas" so that's probably another nail in my coffin
