Atama Salmon Mitsuke Recipe?

Hello,
I ate this salmon soup dish in the restaurant and it was delicious. I tried to find this recipe on the net but maybe it's the wrong spelling or something. If someone have it i appreciate it.

I think it's actually "Nitsuke" instead of "Mitsuke", which is a word for stewed vegetables, meat or fish. Do you remember what was in the soup dish you had?

Anyway, I found a stew dish with salmon head that looked good.

Pieces of salmon, soup onion, carrots, (ginger not sure) and the soup had light brown colour.

I'm gonna try the recipe You found it sounds tasty.

Had something very similar about 6 years ago made by some Scouts from Ghana. Very nice, except the picking out of fish bones.
