Asking for fansubbing help is allowed?

Hi!
I´m fansubbing a Japanese movie and would like to ask if I'm allowed to include links to mp3 from the parts of the movie I don't understand. They're like 6 mp3 of 10-20 seconds each and would write down the conversation contained in the mp3, so people would just need to write the few words I don't understand.

it's not allowed to post any uploads or downloads in your posts such as music files or movie files.

My advice, posts a post in the classifieds section asking for help so that people can respond to you and you can send them the files. Or you can ask it in the Japanese language learning section by posting the text.
