Asking about CoE rejection

Hello,

I was actually really interested in going to Japan, but I've got some prob':

- I had to redo a year during Highschool and with Covid, University here wasn't all that great, I wasn't interested in it.

So, I was wondering if it would be a definite rejection of my application if I try with these conditions. Everything else is pretty good actually and my guarantor is earning enough money for that. I'm just really stressed because of my previous study course.
