Asian Kung-Fu Generation

I think I got into them because someone (more than likely Lydia) mentioned them somewhere in one of her rants I do so believe and I got curious and looked them up.
 
Wow...Lydia's more helpful than we thought, huh? I think we should give her more credit, besides from, well, being Lydia...Hmm...xDD
 
Yeah, he is, but...He needs to shave. DESPERATELY! And I like the drummer I'm pretty sure he is; he's the hottest of them all! xDDDD
 
I still haven't heard much from them though...-pouts- Although I have quite a bit of their videos; they're REALLY bad quality and I don't know which is which, so I don't ever watch them, but still...Mou...
 
I have a hunch that they may be doing something in the U.S. in the near future...But I could be wrong. Im just wondering though...*-*
 
Do you think so? Man, I wish Gackt would come over here or something. In the States he would do better than Canada but that's not the point. Someone should tour over here!
 
Wow. by the way you talk I wouldn't even think you had cons...O.O haha but PLC seems American toured out right now. Gackt is a long shot at a con...with some of his songs *cough* Vanilla *cough* the lyrics aren't child friendly and nor are the performances....*shakes head...* He did however do the theme for Technolyze....so...*shrugs*
 
If you're bringing up Gackt anime connections, don't forget that both Lu:na and Oasis were used as themes for the new Hokuto no Ken OVAs... so he has multiple anime credits.

Of course, the other thing to remember is that Tofu Records has been responsible for some of the BIG acts showing up at cons like Otakon (TM Revolution and L'arc~en~ciel)... and Tofu is the US arm of Sony. So unless Gackt is on the Sony label, the chances of him coming to a con is much less. There's a higher chance of seeing some of the current big Sony acts, like AKFG or Orange Range...
 
Wow. This sucks. But, his lyrics are so beautiful are good. Crap so it's okay for these rap videos with these sluttly, skanky chicks all over men but....no fanservice? He's PV's are good anyways to air. Heh heh. Not "Illuminati" though. XD That will never air on Canadain nor American tele EVER! Well, I don't see the problem since the media today is so skanky...

I like some of their songs...and the loop and loop pv is on anime network under Bento Beatbox. Thats how I found about them last weeek *anime junkie*
yeah, their music is cool, but they're not very pretty. One of them looks like someone who works at the restaraunt down the street from my house, ^_^, lol
 
thats what i love about them, the bouncy music, plain and boy-ish look.
 
Ditto, ditto. It's a nice, little break from constant visual kei-ness...Not that, that's bad or anything! It's just kind of nice to have something there to brea out of the "norm". 😌
