I want to say something like " thank you for teaching me Japanese, we'll miss you living here" to the Japanese student who i's leaving SOON!

I think it is "Nihongo wo Oshitete kurete Arigatou, Anata ga
Itte shimau to Sabishii desu".

It is 「日本語を教えてくれてありがとう。あなたが行ってしまうと寂しいです」 in Japanese.

Well, it sounds literaly.
You can't mean "miss" by only your phrase.
What kind of KIMOCHI do you have?
So you can add "sabishii" for your phrase like this:
Sabisii kimochi ga waitekuru / Sabishii kimochi ga komiageru

When you say this in conversation, it sounds weird, I suppose.
