Architecture studies in Nihon?

After I graduate High School in two years, I wish to go to a University/Colledge in Nihon to study Architecture. So what I need to know is, what university or colledge is best? Is it near Tokyo or Kamakura? And, what do I need to start preparing myself in to be able to achive this goal?
