Any foreigners-friendly and affordable apartment rental companies in Tokyo?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for recommendations for apartment rental companies in Tokyo that are both foreigner-friendly and affordable. Back in 2016, I had a great experience with Fontana—they had reasonable prices, minimal fees, and English-speaking staff—but they currently don't have many available options.

Can anyone suggest similar companies? I'm particularly interested in finding a place around the Hiroo area.
