I am not sure if this information is relevant to you but here is a helpline for foreigners in Japan:

Do you have any concerns such as status of residence, unpaid wage, dismissal, discrimination at work, refugee issue, domestic violence and poverty? We APFS have been helping people from overseas for 29 years and now open "Helpline for Foreigners" in order to protect your lives.

You can easily make a phone call because we conduct the helpline on Saturday and Sunday. We also have interpreters for your language.

Please call us to make progress toward solving your problems.

Are those telephone consultations just for those two dates you mentioned? Or on every weekend? If they only held irregularly where do people find out the date of the next scheduled telephone consultations?

By the way, just for your information, because I'm not sure you're aware of it, your website is years out of date: About Us | APFS - ASIAN PEPOPLE'S FRIENDSHIP SOCIETY and I'm guessing lots of people would benefit from seeing your updated information.
