【KAKUSEI HEROISM】
My ideal is facing my complexes head on. I think that it is important to do this or you can never really like yourself.
You need strength for that, don't you?
Yes. I sometimes become weak (smile bitterly), but I'm always trying, working hard to get to my ideal.
Do you often see your live images?
Yeah I do. I watch everything. I also do practices like I'm doing a real live performance. I find when I get close to my ideal, I get new aim or goal and I have to starting working towards that new ideal. It repeats like that over and over again. For example, if I bought a 29-inch television I would want to get a 40-inch one next time.(laugh) Maybe I have high ideals, I don't know.

【KAKUSEI HEROISM】
I used to think that a hero should have superhuman power and do what normal people can't do, such as Kamen-rider and Ultraman. So I also thought that they did not exist.
You were a cool child.(laugh)
It was fun to see such TV programs, but when I saw children who played Ultraman in my kindergarten, I thought they were stupid.(laugh) Then I grew up and I thought a real hero would have a real presence, someone who influenced people, someone who was longed for.
So who do you long for?
It's my father. His nature is the opposite to mine. While I'm rather soft and cowardly, he is hard and brave but still gentle. I look up to him most.

Recently, I feel like I became a parent because I just got a dog. I wanted a dog for a log time and when I went to a pet shop there was a dog, it was a Shih Tzu and Chihuahua mix which I had never seen, and soon I felt in love with it. It's almost like a child for me and I studied how to train him.
It's not good to spoil him or to be too strict.
Yes. I have to ignore even he squeals sometimes, so it's hard. But my dog is very wise. He can obey my orders of wait or sit, and he isn't shy, and tells me when he wants to go toilet. I feel like I want to do many things for him and the dog is now the biggest part of my life.

I don't know I can say that but I told many lies.(laugh) I often lied to my family because they were so strict.
Did you do that because you wanted to escape from their strictness?(laugh)
Yes. But my lies were always found out and I was scolded anyway.(laugh) I did bully my younger sister but when I was asked "Did you do that!?", I always said "No I didn't.", but it soon came out afterwards that I lied.(smile)
So how about for you now, as an adult?
Ah, I often lied to my mother even I as an adult. I didn't want her worry, so I told her "Many people came to see us.", even when tickets weren't sold out.(laugh) But now I can talk about his kind of thing.

I feel love for Cafekko, of course. When the song [Bonds~Kizuna~] was made, I felt the importance of Cafekko the most. I'm still helped by Cafekko now, but at that time I was helped by them even more. I played in a band because I liked singing, but as I received fan letters and saw fans crying in IN STORE EVENTs, I changed how I thought.
Do you mean you were moved by them, miku?
Yes. I'm a vocalist but I used to be weak at standing in front of people. Then I started to thank fans who understood this but still supported me. So I started to think that I wanted to write lyrics to convey my message.

I can be a bit of a crybaby.
Even in front of people?
Um, depends on the person. I never cry in front of people who I don't want to show that side of me to. Well, I don't want to show my tears to members….
Are you embarrassed?(laugh)
Yes.(laugh) I don't want to cry in front of band members. But my manager knows I'm a bit of a crybaby.
In what situations do you want to cry?
I'm a ****** for sad stories, about me or others. The TV program which makes me cry most is [Ienakiko].(laugh) But I don't cry when I'm impressed, for example in a chorus competition.(laugh) So I want to cry when I'm impressed someday.
