Going to Japan in March and wanted to go to the Anime contents expo in Chiba, but having trouble figuring out how to get tickets.
The details page is in japanese, and I could only get a gist of it through google translate.

I get something about it being sold through eplus right now (02/26-03/06) then you pick up from a convini like Family Mart or 7-eleven and was even able to find it off the eplus website:

I can't set up an eplus account b/c no local address or phone number or use my US credit card, but thats a different topic. I will probably try to have a 3rd party international shipper try to get tickets. Previously in this forum I saw someone mention fdjp.com and I will try contacting them.
What I really need help with is some clarification on the pre-sale system and something about lottery for stages? If someone could breakdown the details from this page for me, itd be much appreciated.

Through translating parts of it, I'm confused if purchasing is open to general public right now, or only ppl who can claim off the pre-sale lottery. I also don't understand what happens after 03/07 - do tickets become available for sale to general public at eplus, gamers, and animate? or is it that tickets are no longer being sold? Is there a deadline for when to get tickets, or can I even get them at the venue on the day of the event?
