Amateur soccer leagues in Osaka/Tokyo

Hi all,

Coming July I will be spending a month in mainly Osaka and Tokyo region for business.
As I play soccer back home I'd like to do so in Japan. I'd like advice on amateur football clubs I could join for training. Do the matches stop from June to August like they do here?
Just to clarify I mean football in the soccer sense.

Don't know about the amateur clubs but there are a lot of futsal clubs with foreigners here that would be easy to join for just a month.

Davey thanks for your reply. Good to hear I could play Futsal. I've been googling but not having much luck. Would you have any leads for me to get in contact?
