Hi,
I did a quick search and didn't find anything on this. My apologies if I'm duplicating something already known.
There are issues with AJAX requests using Safari 3.0 on the site. For example, calling up the reputation popup/div fails and quick-reply behaves unexpectedly (it makes the call to update the system with the new post but then doesn't reload, instead failing with an error that two messages cannot be posted within 120 seconds).
It only seems to affect the segments of the site which call live database data up without reloading the page, hence why I assume they're Javascript/AJAX related, which is a funny old beast on Safari at the best of times.
Obviously if I can do anything to help with these issues I'm happy to, although AFAIK vBulletin is closed source so I don't suppose I could help much
I program this sort of thing as part of my job however so anything I can do I'm more than happy to, even if it's just giving a more detailed report on the errors I'm getting.
