But theres a rumor that Yue (Guitar) and Sai (Bass) are gonna leave

But Tsuyoshi is the BEST

It is, sadly, true that Yue has left He was very much the person who drew attention to them, so it sucks that he's gone.
Never heard about Sai though. Hope it isn't true.
