so I've finally listened to the whole album through a couple of times and I've gotta say it's freaking awesome!! Yasu did not lie when he said he wanted a rock album, he definitely didn't let me down, I love the songs sins, shoujo no inori, scars, and murder license especially, all really cool songs and amazing guitar solos!! The whole album is really great though, Dragon Carnival is kind of a fun uplifting song that puts me in a good mood, and Prologue End is a beautiful and moving ballad. It's such a great album, it flows really well and I just love it to peices!! :D
 
I'm still waiting for mine....:( It should come next week though!!!
Which version did you get? I got the one with the photobook.....I didn't have enough money to get the one with the DVD...
 
I didn't have much money so unfortunately I only got the regular edition, I bought it off cd japan

btw, have u gotten your copy yet?

I got mine today!!! I felt so lucky because it arrived exactly on my bday....although I hoped it would've come earlier than that.......

I've only listened up to Aishite Nai so far.....my favourite so far is 'sins' I like the beginning....


the photobooklet that came with mine is so---so------WOW
If I cant find somewhere else that scaned it, I'll try to scan mine...but I really don't want to bend the pages and ruin it.........

heehee I don't feel pressure....I just liek to share stuff I like I guess....not many people in Canada like Jrock so no one likes to listen to what I have to say about Jrock bands and music and stuff so I have no one to share stuff with.........

the more I listen to murder liscense the more I love it! The song just completely rocks, its by far my favorite on the album. The guitar and yasu are just amazing in it!


btw, why is it just the two of us?
the album finally comes out and its just u and me here, where is everyone? lol
 
dude Murder Licence is def my favourite rite now. I love the lyrics and the sound!

heehee I realized that too but I thought I might be rude or strange pointing that out :P Maybe everyone's busy... :D

It's cute 😊 I didn't realize he was speaking english till I read the lyrics so I felt pretty stupid afterwards 😌 I like the guitar solo alot!
 
Yeah he's releasing a covers album and DVD... should be good, I like his covers! But then again I still need The Black List... I hate not having any money :(

I'm tottally a big fan of Acid Black Cherry, but I have only know about them 4 days ago, but I have been a huge fan of Janne Da Arc for alreally long time .....

Anyway I'm new to this forum on here amd I have decide to finally post on here cause Acid Black Cherry is my most fave band ever ....

Yasu is like a drug to me that I can't live with out ^^ (I'M HOOKED FOR LIFE)

I have The Black List now... awesome album... although I've not had time to listen to it as much as I would have liked.
 
Hey that is really Kool that you got the album. I just download it from the internet just yesturday. It took me for ever too find it, but I did and since yesturday it's all that I can listen too.

It's totally amazing .... I love all the songs on it so much .... ^^
Yasu had the most amazing voice I have ever heard in my life. 😍

Oh and I showed Yasu too all my firends and they said he looks like a girl TT-TT I just wanted to kill them after that.

I was totally 😲 when all my freinds said that. I actually thought some of them would say he's a guy, but they didn't ever think that. Well I show them any Jrocker and the first thing they say is is that a girl ... TT-TT

*strangles them to death with bare hands* JKS

Mad... out of all the Jrockers he's one of the ones who *doesn't* look that much like a girl. He has long hair but that's about it... I don't even think he makes a very convincing girl in the Black Cherry PV!

Maybe I'm just far too used to the androgyny of Jrock!

Big news for ABC fans!!

Acid Black Cherry will release a live DVD, Acid Black Cherry 2008 tour "Black List", on August 27th. It will include footage taken from the band's tour finale at Budokan.

On the same date, the band will release a new single, which will be available in two versions. One version of 20th Century Boys will include a DVD with the music video for the title track, as well as behind-the-scenes footage, while the other versions will contain just two tracks.

I just got into them a few days ago and gaaaah lovelovelove.
Can anyone tell me how many albums/which is the best one? and any songs to recommend? I have a couple that I don't know the name of (my comp can't read Japanese) as well as Black Cherry (so addicted right now!) and Spell Magic which was the first one I heard and totally fell in love.

And also, I was wondering why the only one in magazines is Yasu when it's a whole band? Unless I'm completely mistaken and have no idea what I'm talking about, which is highly likely =P
 
We can make it still alive... I'm thinking it hasn't been very active... seeing as I was the last person to post on here and I've not even logged on in weeks!

Acid Black Cherry aren't a band as such... the line up changed... the people in the PVs aren't the ones who recored the albums and singles... ABC is basically Yasu's solo project.
 
YAY! Yes, we have to bring the thread back!

So they have different people for lives and PVs? That's odd... but oh well. Yasu's amazing anyway so that's okay :)
Is Black List the only album?
 
To answer your question TsumetaiKaze Black List is not the only album. There is also a cover album called Recreation which was made sometime this years.

Oh and anyway here is some Acid Black Cherry news for all who don't already know.

On November 26, 2008 Acid Black Cherry's new single Jigsaw from the up coming album will be released. It will be released in two version, a CD version and a CD+DVD version which will include a music video for the title track and behind the scenes footage.

I really can't wait to here it. Even 30 second preview of the song would be nice. I'm totally excited 😎
