Is this company real or scam? I have an offer for a vehicle and they send me invoice, kindly help before I send any money

Name, address, bank details, and phone numbers are listed on their website. The address seems to point to a small residential building in Chiba, not an office. Their photo gallery displays only stock photos. I guess they're just another one-man operation selling used cars from a shared pool on commission.
