While the government of PM Kishida and LPD lawmakers remain cautious over "the impact on society", an overwhelming majority of Japanese voters support the legalisation of same-sex marriages:






 
so, they'll legalize it? or do the elected officials in Japan just ignore the will of the people like they do here?
 
There's a lot of pressure on Kishida to commit before the G7 summit in Hiroshima.
