4 Year Degree

I'm sure this question has been asked a lot so why not ask it again! I'm hearing a lot that you have to have a 4 year degree to get a work visa. What kind of degree? Bachelor's? Does it matter what subject? Why are all Bachelor's Degrees in the science of business management, business learnings, etc. Are there Bachelor's Degree's in other subjects other than business?

It must be a 4 year degree if it is not a bachelor's, most bachelor's are between 2-4 years.

There are bachelor's in nearly every subject, you just have to find a university that is offering them, last year I was doing one in computer science (BSc), this year I changed to film studies (BA).
