Yeah, although I do love that VW ring, I'd still like to see a pic of Tara. I'm sure there will be many pictures to come though. I can't wait until I actually hear music from this band now that it's full. I'm anticipating it so much, I'm afraid I'm going to be disappointed, but I hope not.

I finally got around to getting some Beti songs, and I liked them alot! I wasn't expecting much because everyone kind of complained, but I wanted to see if I liked them. I guess they're not the best songs in the world, but they're not bad by any means. You guys had my expectations set pretty low, like ancafe low, and now I'm surprised. I have Mizu shu playing right now, this song is so chill. The vocalist is 10 times better than Meguru, not that I should be comparing them, but nonetheless, this guy actually has a good voice, I'm surprised, and much much more excited for the upcoming 176BIZ releases.

I didn't dislike their songs, they just didn't really get me.
 
Ah, it was Toki's 26th birthday today, I forgot until just now. I guess it's been over for a while now in Japan >.< Oh well, I'll just send him a late birthday e-mail. Is it weird that I e-mail him all of the time? Hmmm... moving on... Anyways, 176BIZ's new single came out on 3.22. It's called Shinkai ni Oboreta Sakana. I just ordered it on cdJapan along with a pre-order for D'espa's new single and Diru's WTD American release so I won't get it for a while (not until the other 2 things are released). I hope it's good, *looks around shifty eyed* I'll share any mp3s with you all if I find any.

The boys are currently on tour with KuRt, Shoujou Lolita 23Kyu (or whatever the crap their official name is), and Wizard. I'm so happy for them! Should I start a 176BIZ thread now, since Betty is no more?

ooo, it's good news about the single and tour... I haven't ordered the single though... I don't know if I'll get it... I'll probably end up not doing... unless someone uploads any songs anywhere and they just knock me out and I think 'I must have this!!!'... :unsure:

Yeah, that tour would be awesome to see, though I haven't heard any music from Wizard. Once I get some 176 music I'll share. I honesty LOVE the betty songs that have been released so far (and I love Toki, which I think is obvious at this point) so hopefully they won't disappoint. I meant to pre-order it so I could get the edition with the DVD bonus footage, but it's friggin sold out now >.< so I had to get the regular edition. It's good for the band that it sold out though, hopefully they're gaining lots of fans!
 
I had EXTREME amounts of freetime today, so I made a 176BIZ myspace page. There's not much on it yet because myspace is totally screwing up and I didn't feel like finishing it. I'll finish it eventually. Right now it has some pictures up of the boys and the Aka mini-album (from Betty) for those who don't have it.

Haha... those are great. I found the single today, but I haven't dled it yet. I'm really anxious to hear it. There's just too much to download lately. I need faster internet. *sighs* lol
 
The single is alright. I like the second song "drag on downer" the best. You can still tell they're a new band and whatnot, but I have so much confidence in them. The band has so much friggin potential with the members that it has, I know they'll do great. Tara has some nice bass parts in Dekiai, I think the guitar parts are a bit too repetitive in each song though. They're not bad by any means, but I know with Setsuki and Toki they can do some more interesting things. Like I said, they're still a really new band, and I'm already in love with them. I can't wait for more from them. I've been listening to the single nonstop since I got it though, haha. The new songs seem like they would be AWESOME live, especially "drag on downer".

I'm upping the new single to the myspace page, if you want to preview it there (and if myspace ever decides to work for more than a few minutes at a time).
 
finally listened to the new 176BIZ single... damn... it's better than I expected, but it's not great. Gah... that sounded wrong... what I mean is the band has potential to be really good and they didn't do to shabby for a first single. I just felt it was a bit too same-ish... too typical. The Dekiai PV is pretty nice too. Only thing was Yuu looked a bit plastic-y... it freaked me out... he even acted Gackt-like at some parts... XDDD
