To add to what Mike wrote, I'll say this:
Sadly, few people are actually qualified for most of those 14 opportunities. Lots of newbies on this and other forums seem to have no degree or degrees and little/no work experience. Moreover, other than the English teaching job, most of the others also require a fairly high level of Japanese language skills (not just speaking, either), and practically all newbies that I've seen asking about work do not have them.
Do the jobs on that site exist? Yes.
Are they only in Japanese companies where Japanese is the only language? No.
Just keep in mind the necessity for using Japanese in Japan and the fact that you will have to compete against Japanese people for many of those jobs. Just being foreign is not always enough to have an edge. Sometimes it's a detriment.
#5 is made out to be far easier than it is. This is hard to land for most Japanese, let alone foreigners.
And, #9 is not entirely accurate.
