Could anybody tell me if "la" and "a" in above sentences are interchangeable with other modal particles (such as 拉，阿？）？

usually if you want to add "吗"
then you have to add "窶板ｹﾂ"at the end of the sentence first.
for example: 你窶ｰﾂｺ窶敕??板ｹ吗/么ﾂ？

啦 is use to confirm what's being said or written
拉 isn't a Chinese particle,its formal meaning is pull.Though,啦 & 拉 have same pronunciation
阿 or 啊 is just an exclamation at the end of a sentence
