見に what form is it?

見に行かない
the pre-masu form(i-form) of 見る + the particle に + the negative form of 行く
(in this case, probably used as a negative interrogative for invitation)

The i form also has some uses on its own, such as:

It might be close to a more direct invitation, something like "Would you like to go see the movie (with me)?"
 
Interesting...I thought you were supposed to use -masen ka, but I guess since this is informal, you'd just use the -nai form? Or how about -deshou ka?

でしょうか or 行きませんか？ are polite and formal.

For the non-friend:

一緒に映画を見に行っていただけないでしょ うか？

もし暇だったら映画でも行きませんか？



Direct and simple:

映画（を見に）行かない？
映画（を見に）行こうよ？
じゃあ、映画（でも）行く？
映画見よう?

映画（を）見に行きたいけど。。。一緒にどう？
 
JFYI, in conversation, 見に行かない/見に行く MUST be pronounced with the rising intonation for an invitation, or the sentence means "I don't go see/I go see~."

Very similar to the questioning tone in English I would think.
 
I'd like to turn the phrase below into a polite version:

Isshoni nomi ni ikanai

can I say:

Isshoni nomi ni ikimashou ka?

一緒に飲みに行きませんか？ is correct. ～ましょうか is generally used for "to do something for you," as in 手伝いましょうか？ or "Can I help you?"
 
So ～ましょうか is more consistent with 一杯おごらせてよ。 一杯、ご馳走させていただけますか？ hahaha.


In my experience, there's is no difference with 緒に飲みに行きませんか？v. ～ましょうか but I never considered it in the context of "helping" or "doing" either.

No. I meant 飲みに行きましょうか？ with rising intonation sounds like 飲みに行ってあげましょうか？ When said with falling intonation, 飲みに行きましょうか is more close to 飲みに行きましょう or "let's go out for a drink."
