諸君ハ東條以下軍閥罪人等ニ欺瞞サレタノダ、諸君ノ無能力ナル指揮官及ビ上官ハ東條ト共ニ諸君ヲ、否！！

So I'm stuck on how to translate the いや at the end and probably have proceeded to way overthink it. Is this 否 suppose to be one of disbelief? With the unstated bit being a realization that they deceived you?

It's used as an interjection. What is the phrase following it? I suppose it's 諸君ヲ、否！！日本ヲ or something like that. (Incidentally, the reading is いな, not いや.)

Yup you got it, the following phrase is 日本國ヲ破滅ノ道ヘト導イテ來タノデアル。Thanks, makes sense looking at it as an interjection!
