Hi. Does the も in red mean "but" and the も has the same function as でも or しかし?

That's a classical version of のも, not an adversative conjunction.

Thank you. Sorry, I should have added a を between 言葉 and 教え込む. So what does のも mean here? Just "also"?

That mistake is better than とはいえ目の前を弾を通りぬけていくなんて in your previous thread since it's still grammatical without を.

That's the nominalizer の + も for "even".
