I came across the word(s) ベラベラ and I cannot figure out what it means. No dictionaries or anything I have contain ベラベラ. The sentence it was used in was: こんにちは、日本語はベラベラ? If someone could help me that'd be great.

Well, in that case
(日本語はペラペラですか？、日本語をペラペラにhanasemasuka？),
that means "Can you speak Japanese fluently?", I guess....
