ヂ is...?

Just a simple, you might even view it as STUPID, question. But anyways, what is ヂ? It has a dakuten. I know that without the dakuten it's chi, but now I'm a little lost with the dakuten there.

I prefer the previous version. Actually, I sometimes use Google with "JREF + searching word".
