It totally depends on the context whether that expression means a threat or a suggestion. It's more likely "giving a permission" there, though.

Yes, that's right. You can think 女王様は～と仰せです as a respectful version of "the queen said~" there.

It's the same as the difference between volitional する and non-volitional なる.

not to say it intentionally
言葉にならない（＝ 言葉にできない）

In this game someone mentions an item called a ときめきのランプ. In the English translation this item is simply called a lamp.

What exactly is a ときめきのランプ? A flickering lamp?

I don't know the function of the lamp, but it seems to me to be something like "giving excitement".

Yes it is originally written purely in haragana with a space: こんなん でましたけど
 
こんなん is a colloquial form of こんなの, not 困難, there. こんなん refers to こんな占いの結果, thus, it means something like these kind of fortune telling results comes out.
Incidentally, that's a popular fortune teller's stock phrase, probably 20 or 30 years ago. She always said this phrase at the end of her fortune telling.

After rescuing someone he says:

It's still confusing. I was thinking that last sentence said somethiing like "you can borrow it instead" but then なし doesn't make any sense.

He gave me what is called a Ring of Protection in the English version of the game, a みかわしのゆびわ.

Is みかわし the noun form of 見交わす？
 
I came across someone guarding a tree, he says:

我が名はレーグ。この菩提樹のまもりぬしだ。

I don't understand まもりぬし, the only thing I think it could be is a classsical form of 守り抜く？

The meaning is almost the same as 短い時間で, but 短い時間の中で sounds that the speaker is thinking about a specific time period which is already settled.
… often represents a pause.
