Hello. I was wondering if someone could help me clarify if both sentences sound equally natural to Japanese native speakers and if so, what the exact difference in meaning between them is. Here are the sentences:

この町は夜の墓場のように静かです
この町は夜の墓場のような静けさです

TY in advance.

In other words, while ように is adverbial since it modifies a na-adjective 静かです, ような is adjectival since it modifies a noun 静けさ.
