目的はそれなのか。だからワタルに呼びかけ、ワタルの こころを動かし、女神を倒せと唆すことまでやってのけ た。

I'm not sure what のけた means. Can anyone help?

I think I've cracked it! In 富山弁 抜ける is pronounced as のける, and やって抜ける would mean to do something completely. So, "Is that your objective? So you called Wataru over, moved his heart, and even completely tempted him to overthrow the goddess?"とかいう感じでしょう。

【のける】

• 意味
  土手や道などが崩れる。逃げて跡をくらます。
  
  
• 使用例
  きんのの鉄砲水でこの土手のけとるわ。仕事させよと思とったがに、はやどっかにのけてってしもたぞ。

• 背景
  富山市から以西の土地で聞かれる語。「抜（ぬ）ける」がなまって「のける」になったものである。意味も上記の二つがある。「川がの（ぬ）けて大水ついてしもた」などは昔はよく聞いた表現であったが、今は治水対策もかなり進んでいてよほどの大雨でないかぎり、こんな表現 は聞かれなくなった。
  ところで、「今度うちの息子が高校をの（ぬ）けました。」と言った場合、富山では、高校を中途退学してしまったというふうに解される場合が多い。しかし、香川や愛媛では、高校を無事卒業したというふうに解され、「それはおめでとうございます。」というあいさつ言葉が返 ってくることになる。また、三重では「あの子はぬけている。」と言えば、大変賢い子供だとほめたことになるそうである。福島では、「尿またはへを放つ」という意で、岐阜では「月経になる」の意で用いられるとのことである。「抜ける」の「そこに存在していたものが別の位置 に移る」という原義が、このようなバラエティに富んだ意味を持つに至ったのであろう。

Yeah, "crack a code" means to decrypt it, so I was basically saying that I deciphered the puzzle, because that's what it was to me.

The word やって退ける means accomplish, or bring off (an accomplishment). It has nothing to do with dialects.

Ah, so it does. Well, it seems from the dictionary that it's more like to do something extremely well, but yeah. Thanks for catching that.

同様な「のける」の使い方には、「言ってのける (to manage to tell something (perhaps unwillingly) that is hard to express)」という表現もあります。
