それからの数日間で、僕は何度「東京って怖え」と呟いただろうか。何度舌打ちを浴び、何度冷や汗をかき、何度恥ずかしさに赤くなっただろうか。

Hi. Does the に in red mean "because"? If so, can we replace the underlined part with 恥ずかしくて, 恥ずかしさので, or 恥ずかしさから to mean the same thing?

Yes, に indicates the cause/reason like "because of" there.

The first and third one are OK, but the second one should be 恥ずかしさで (の is unnecessary).
