Hello, sorry to bother you but well...
My friend and me were wondering something.
HE was teasing a girl asking her if she was jealous about him liking another one and received the following answer:

やきもちって！
ぶぶぶぶー！

Can anyone tell me the meaning of this "te"? ^^'
I must admit I'm kinda confused...

It's a casual form of quoting.

like:
みつこさんは来年ごろにアメリカに行きますって。
Mituko san said next year she will go to america.

Edit： looks like it can be used to replace ha in other cases to bring up new topics.

Yes, and I believe that is happening in this case. It roughly translates to "[you] said jealousy. Wrong wrong wrong."

Close, I believe it's closer to a contraction of ～というのは. It's a very common in casual speech.

That is a helpful summary. In response to an earlier post, I think that technically "to wa" is short for "to iu no wa."
